Our programs usually show special promotions, usage manuals or other useful info after their launch in separate windows. The content of these windows is variable and is loaded from our server on the fly.

Therefore, in case there are any connectivity issues or errors on the server itself, these windows may end up showing HTTP errors, such as "404 Not Found", "503 Service Unavailable" or "500 Internal Server Error".  


When this happens, it's not possible to close the window, while the program interface becomes unclickable.
In order to fix that, please follow these steps:

  • Open the Task Manager via Ctrl+Shift+Esc key combination;
  • Find Movavi program on Applications tab and click End Task in order to close it;
  • Download a file from this link: disable_nags.reg
  • Launch it and agree for Registry changes;
  • Launch Movavi program.

You should no longer see the window blocking access to the program.
