It is highly likely that this error is related to the OpenGL issue.


If you still have troubles with Movavi program, try launching different Video Suite modules directly  - open Start menu and go to All Programs, find Movavi Video Suite folder and open Applications sub-folder, then launch any module (for example Convert video&audio). 


If these modules launch correctly, please check settings of your antivirus - most likely it's blocking Video Suite main menu launch.


If separate modules of Video Suite do not launch as well, it might be the issue with corrupted installation. 


Uninstall Video Suite via Start -> Control Panel -> Programs and components, temporarily disable your antivirus and/or firewall and redownload the latest version of your program.


Right-click on the installation file and select Run as administrator, install Video Suite and try launching it.
