Our programs usually show special promotions, usage manuals or other useful info after their launch in separate windows. The content of these windows is variable and is loaded from our server on the fly.

Therefore, in case there are any connectivity issues or errors on the server itself, these windows may end up indicating some errors.  


If this happened, try pressing the ESC key. 


In order to fix that, please follow these steps:

  • Open the Task Manager via Ctrl+Shift+Esc key combination;
  • Find Movavi program on Applications tab and click End Task in order to close it;
  • Download a file from this link: disable_nags.reg
  • Launch it and agree for Registry changes;
  • Launch Movavi program.


Please note that you can always disable the update notifications on the application menu Settings - Preferences - General.
