Our programs usually show special promotions, software advice and other useful info in pop-up screens. The content of these screens is constantly changing, and it is sent out online from our servers, without anything being downloaded to your device.
Therefore, in case there are any issues with your internet connections, or the server itself, these screens may appear broken or glitched.
If this happened to you, and you cannot close the screen try pressing the Esc(Escape) key on your keyboard.
In order to remove these screens from our software, please follow these steps:
- Download the file disable_nags.reg here.
- Launch the file, and allow it to make changes to your registry.
- Launch the Movavi program.
After performing these steps, the notifications will no longer bother you. Please note that you can always disable the update notifications in the Settings menu of your Movavi program.
