When the application crashes at the start, or errors at the launch come up, it is recommended to reinstall the program first. That also refers to a crash with Windows error:
- Please uninstall the software using Control Panel -> Programs and Features (Uninstall a program).
- Temporarily disable antivirus and firewall.
- Download the file CLEAR_REGISTRY.reg here. Run the file and let it make changes to the registry.
- Re-download your product and install it again.
Product crashes can also be resolved by updating the graphic card drivers on your computer.
