Please note that the article below concerns Movavi Video Suite 14 and lower versions of this program.
Most frequently this problem arises because of the old version of QuickTime player installed in your system.
Video Editor module is able to use 3rd-party codecs installed in the system and QuickTime provides Editor with the capacity to use MOV format.
The easiest solution is to uninstall QuickTime player via Start -> Control Panel -> Programs and components, then try launching Video Editor module.
If the error does not occur again, please download the latest version of QuickTime player, install it and try launching Video Editor module again.
