If you receive an error message during the conversion, you can try disabling the acceleration options.
Please, launch Movavi Video Converter, go to Settings - Preferences - Acceleration tab and disable all the ticked accelerations:
Go to the Acceleration tab:
To apply the changes, click OK, and retry the conversion.
