We do not sell the software on CD in stores, however, you can add a backup CD to your electronic order.

This option may be added at the checkout. 


To receive a Backup CD with the installation files, put a tick to the Add Movavi Backup CD option on the ordering page.


The delivery is handled by our eCommerce partner, 2Checkout


Customers liable to taxes pay the net price + VAT and customers exempt from VAT will pay the net price.


Please be advised that after you checkout, we will not be able to add a backup CD. 


Location of customer delivery address and elapsed business days from order date:

  

  • For customers located in USA: 7 days
  • For customers located in Europe: 9 days
  • For customers located elsewhere: 21 days


Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery in the eventuality of unforeseen circumstances in production and shipping.


2Checkout will reship orders to customer if:

  • Customer reports that the CD-R or DVD-R arrived broken or unusable;
  • The correct delivery address for an order was provided to 2Checkout, still the customer has not received his order within the number of business days allowed (see the list above) from the time the order was shipped by 2Checkout. 

For other types of inquiries, a re-delivery fee may be applied.


Please also note that the backup media is non-refundable.


If the incorrect information was entered, our eCommerce partner cannot change the customer shipping information after an order has been processed.
