For Windows OS:


When the application crashes at the start, or errors at the launch come up, it is recommended to reinstall the program. 

  • Please uninstall the software using Control Panel -> Programs and Features (Uninstall a program).

Note that on newer Windows versions, you can uninstall programs via Windows Settings -> Apps -> Apps &Features:


  • Download and run this cleaner tool.
  • Temporarily disable antivirus and firewall.
  • Download your program at the following link and install again.


For macOS:


- In the Finder, choose Go > Go to Folder.



- In the Go-To Folder dialogue, type ~/Library
Click Go.



- Open Preferences folder.


Once you open that folder, look for ' com.movavi ' files and remove all the files that have that in the name.



We recommend searching those files manually.  



- remove the program to Trash and clean the Trash;


- redownload the program by using the Lost key form, or using your Appstore account if your program was obtained through Appstore;


- install the program once again.
