This issue may happen if you are using the Sophos antivirus. If this is the case, then we recommend performing the following steps:
- Uninstall the Movavi program from your device.
- Download and install the 32-bit version of the program. If you do not have access to a 32-bit installation file, please check the table below. If your program is not in that table, then please contact us here. We will send you a download link as soon as possible.
- Activate the program using your license key. If you no longer have your activation key, then you can restore it here.
- In the Programs and Features menu, uninstall the Movavi program. Do not tick the 'Delete all system settings' option.
- Install the 64-bit version of the program. The download links for the 64-bit versions can be found in the table below and here.
