Activation keys and download links for your Movavi programs are stored in your Movavi Account.
Make sure that you have registered your Movavi Account with the same email address which you used to make the purchase.
If you don't have Movavi Account then you can retrieve your programs via the lost key form, or you can find the installation files here.
