Movavi Screen Recorder uses a tool called Audio Capture Engine (ACE) for system sound recording on macOS. If you have macOS 14 and higher, we recommend installing ACE manually using Audio Hijack from the ACE developers. Please follow this article.
1) Please update the ACE module of Screen Recorder by installing Audio Hijack at this link:
It's a trial version, so no need to worry about additional payments. Once you have installed the latest ACE version, you can remove the Audio Hijack and start recording videos with sound through Movavi Screen Recorder.
