For Windows OS:
1) Try reinstalling the application per this instruction.
2) Update your graphic card drivers as in this howto or use the OpenGL32.dll file.
3) If the issue remains please contact us, it could be the case that the special actions are required.
For MacOS:
1) Try reinstalling the application per this instruction.
2) Please make sure that machine meets the system requirements specified at the bottom of the corresponding product page on our website.
3) If the issue remains please contact us (select Create ticket option), it could be the case that the special actions are required.
I have installed the application, but it does not launch or it shuts down with the error.
