Please turn off your antivirus and firewall, redownload and reinstall Movavi Video Converter.

You can find the link to download your version of the program here.

Launch the Movavi Video Converter and go to Edit -> Preferences window.

Disable Multi-core support, Enable GPU acceleration and Movavi Turbo options, then try conversion again.
