If you want to insert a still image, or take a screenshot of the film, there is a Freeze Frame feature in Movavi Video Editor that can be also used to retrieve a snapshot of your video.
1) Set a position marker on the frame that you want to save, right-click on the video on a timeline and choose 'Insert Freeze Frame':
2) Freeze frame will be created on a timeline. Then you can right click on it and choose 'Show in Folder'.:
The folder containing your snapshot will be opened. It is saved in *.PNG format in the resolution of your original video.
Else, you may simply go to C:\Users\*your username*\Videos\Movavi Library - it's the folder where all freeze frames are saved.
