If your Movavi subscription was purchased through the Google Play Store, it is managed entirely by Google.
Movavi cannot:
access Google Play subscriptions,
cancel Google Play subscriptions,
issue refunds for Google Play purchases.
All subscription management must be done through your Google account.
How to Cancel the Subscription
Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device.
Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner.
Tap Payments & subscriptions.
Tap Subscriptions.
Select the Movavi subscription.
Tap Cancel subscription.
Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm.
After cancellation:
future renewals are stopped,
access remains available until the end of the current billing period.
Canceling a subscription does not automatically issue a refund.
Important
Uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription.
If the app is removed but the subscription is still active, Google will continue charging according to the subscription terms.
Requesting a Refund
Refunds for Google Play purchases are handled exclusively by Google.

Refund decisions are made by Google in accordance with their policies.
If You Cannot Find the Subscription
If the subscription is not visible:
check that you are signed in with the correct Google account,
verify that the purchase was not made from a different account or through a different platform (such as the Apple App Store or Huawei AppGallery).
If the purchase was made via Google Play, it may not appear at your Movavi account at movavi.id.
