Since the update of MacOS 10.13 the system security settings require a confirmation of the access to your microphone and webcam.
When you first start the application you might see the following message:
If for some reason it was not visible, or if the Don't Allow button was selected, to record a video with the webcam and microphone on, you need to enable it in the Accessibility menu.
To get there, select System Preferences.
Go to Security & Privacy and select Microphone menu.
Double-click the lock icon at the bottom of the menu and tick Movavi Screen Recorder.
Please note: if you have other Movavi applications and plan to use them for webcam or microphone for recording, please put a tick next to them in both 'Microphone' and 'Accessibility' tabs.
