Please uninstall the software using Control Panel -> Add or Remove software/Uninstall a program.

Download and run this tool:

We recommend to temporary disable antivirus and firewall.

Download your Movavi application and install it again. 

If the issue remains, please try the following: 

Open Capture -> Options -> General menu, disable Intel and NVIDIA GPU hardware accelerations.

Then go to Video tab and select Screencast mode. Open mode Settings, select Motion JPEG codec and 30 frames per second value for the maximum recording speed parameter.

Close program settings, select Screencast mode at the top right corner of the program window and try recording video.
