The application does not launch at the start.

1) Try reinstalling the application per this instruction. 


2) Update your graphic card drivers or use the OpenGL32.dll file.


3) If the issue remains, please contact us for collecting logs and their investigation. 


Please screenshot all the error messages that come up.
