Our products usually notify you on updates and new releases, as well as other products you may be interested in.
If you see an advertising screen you are not interested in, you can disable it from appearing further.
Simply enable "Do not show again" checkbox and close the screen with "x" or Esc button.
If you own a lifetime license, minor updates (e.g. 22.1.0 -> 22.2.0) within your purchased version are free for you.
However, major upgrades (between versions, e.g. 22.4.0 -> 23.0.0) are chargeable.
Please note, that if you own a subscription-based license, all updates are free for you, even major ones.
If you prefer to keep using your initially purchased version, it's totally possible.
In that case you can disable update notifications through Settings -> Preferences -> General:
If the suggestions above do not help, you may also try the following method:
1. Close any currently running Movavi programs;
2. Download the file from this link: disable_nags.reg;
3. Double-click the file and agree for the Registry changes;
4. Launch the software again.
If the screen you are addressing does not have a “Don’t show again” checkbox, please note that currently there is a technical issue which prevents it from showing. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Our developers are currently working on the situation and this is going to be fixed in the near future (early 2023). For now, you may only close the ad screen with Esc or “x” button.
